In my opinion the “first race”, the one prior to the red flag didn’t live up to its full potential, due to the fact that the race itself was commenced behind the safety car. I personally believe that the FIA made the wrong decision, because the track doesn’t seem as wet, compared to other previous wet grand prix such as the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in 2013.
